These terms govern your access to AI Cite Who, including recurring subscriptions and cancellation.

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, may accept these terms for yourself or your organization, and agree to this Privacy Notice.
AI Cite Who is a digital SaaS service that analyzes buyer-intent prompts, public websites, AI responses, and cited sources. Outputs are evidence-based analyses, not promises that an AI system will recommend a brand. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, submit malicious material, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or use service inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, benchmark, distill, or develop competing AI or machine-learning systems.
Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. By completing Waffo Pancake checkout, you expressly authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation. Prices are shown in USD and may exclude taxes where applicable. We may change future prices with advance notice; a confirmed checkout session locks the applicable price for that purchase. Paid access is granted only after Waffo's verified server-side subscription state confirms it.
You may cancel an active subscription from Account Billing at any time. A monthly or annual active subscription changes to cancelling and remains available through the current paid period, then ends without another renewal. Cancellation confirmation is shown in the account and may also be emailed. A cancellation does not erase statutory rights or a valid refund request.
A first-time paid subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if use has not exceeded 20% of the applicable plan allowance. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If a verified interruption caused by us lasts more than 72 continuous hours, we will provide a proportionate refund or service extension. Mandatory legal withdrawal or refund rights remain unaffected. Contact hello@aicitewho.com with the account email, transaction ID, and reason; we aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Our Privacy Notice forms part of these terms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before it arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breaches, fraud, or legal requirements. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; please first contact hello@aicitewho.com to resolve a dispute. Material changes take effect after at least 14 days' notice.
