These terms govern your access to AI Cite Who, including recurring subscriptions and cancellation.

These terms are offered by Huang Haichuan, an individual operator based in China.
AI Cite Who is a digital SaaS service that analyzes decision-intent questions, public websites, AI responses, and cited sources. Outputs are evidence-based analyses, not promises that an AI system will recommend a brand. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, submit malicious material, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or use service inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, benchmark, distill, or develop competing AI or machine-learning systems.
Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. By completing Waffo Pancake checkout, you expressly authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation. Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown separately at checkout. We may change future prices with advance notice; a confirmed checkout session locks the applicable price for that purchase. Paid access is granted only after Waffo's verified server-side subscription state confirms it. Eligible accounts may choose a 7-day Plus monthly trial by providing a payment card through Waffo with 50 one-time credits and Plus features. After the trial, it automatically renews at $49.90/month plus applicable tax until cancelled. Trial credits expire at the trial end; spending them does not trigger early billing. The first successful monthly charge starts a full 300-credit paid allowance.
You may cancel an active subscription from Account Billing at any time. A paid monthly or annual subscription changes to cancelling and remains available through the current paid period, then ends without another renewal. Successful trial cancellation stops automatic renewal, ends trial access immediately and forfeits unused trial credits. Confirmation is shown in the account and may also be emailed. Cancellation does not erase statutory rights or a valid refund request. If you wish to cancel your subscription, submit cancellation at least 1 hour before the next payment time. Early conversion to a paid subscription is not currently available. Cancelling ends trial access and forfeits unused trial credits immediately. Waffo closes the subscription at the original period end. A new subscription is unavailable until that date; afterward you can subscribe without a trial.
A first-time paid subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if use has not exceeded 10% of the applicable plan allowance. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. If a verified interruption caused by us lasts more than 72 continuous hours, we will provide a proportionate refund or service extension. Mandatory legal withdrawal or refund rights remain unaffected. Contact hello@aicitewho.com with the account email, transaction ID, and reason; we aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. For a trial followed by payment, the 7-day request period begins at the first actual charge. Trial-credit use is excluded from the paid-allowance usage threshold.
Our Privacy Notice forms part of these terms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before it arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious breaches, fraud, or legal requirements. These terms and the contractual relationship arising from the service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you use the service as a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable in your place of habitual residence that cannot lawfully be waived by contract. Please first contact hello@aicitewho.com to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Material changes take effect after at least 14 days' notice.
